The Grove House in 12South

You will be close to everything when you stay at our 12 South home! We are located by Belmont and Music Row in the hip 12 South district. Our 3 bed 2.5 bath house w/ big roofdeck has everything for a great stay! Main Bedroom - King Bed Suite w/ sofa/futon 2nd Bedroom - Queen Bed 3rd Bedroom - Twin Beds Living Rm has a pull out Queen Sleeper sofa Desk & chair for remote work and items for babies, tots, & children: full size crib, pack n play, stroller, high chair, baby bath, bed rail, & toys Our home has a nice big open floor plan with a large comfy sectional for everyone to relax on. Large kitchen with large professional gas range and fridge. Plenty of appliances and kitchen items for all your needs. Plus more if you need it as we are nearby and I’m happy to provide anything you need right away. Each bed is of high quality and very comfortable with soft sheets and bedding. We have wonderful outdoor spaces on both the front and back of the house and a large 700 sq/ft roof deck. We also have a desk, ergonomic chair and power cable for your work from home use. Our home has been lovingly decorated with our past music industry experiences and personal touches throughout. We love hosting families and are happy to provide extra items for families with extra needs. Pack N Play is readily available along with bed rail for toddlers, baby bath, stroller, high chair, and toys. You will have the whole 3 bed 2.5 bath house at your disposal. We are happy to meet with new guests upon arrival to explain the home. Or they can opt to check in and settle in on their own.
