The Grove House in 12South

Welcome to The Grove House, a comfortable, family-friendly Nashville vacation rental in 12 South. Our 3-bedroom, 2.5-bath home is about 0.3 miles from Belmont University and 1.6 driving miles from GEODIS Park, with easy access to Music Row, Vanderbilt, downtown Nashville, restaurants, shops, coffee spots, and other local attractions.

The home features a spacious open floor plan with a large, comfortable sectional, a fully equipped kitchen with a professional gas range and full-size refrigerator, and plenty of room for everyone to gather. Each bed is high quality and made with soft sheets and comfortable bedding so you can settle in and truly feel at home.

Sleeping arrangements include a king bed in the primary suite, a queen bed in the second bedroom, twin beds in the third bedroom, and a queen sleeper sofa in the living room.

All three bedrooms and the full-size washer and dryer are located upstairs, keeping the sleeping areas together and making laundry convenient during your stay.

Families with children are especially welcome. We provide thoughtful extras including a full-size crib, Pack ’n Play, stroller, high chair, baby bath, bed rail, toys, children’s kitchen items, and other family essentials. If there’s something else you need, just ask—we live nearby and are happy to help whenever we can.

One of the highlights of The Grove House is the large 700-square-foot private rooftop deck, giving you a wonderful outdoor space to relax, gather with family and friends, enjoy your morning coffee, watch the sunset, or unwind under the Nashville sky. The home also has outdoor spaces at both the front and back of the house.
